Book your event with us.

To reserve a space or book an event, you must become a member or sign up if you're not already, as we're a member's Club. Memberships are $40/yr and can be obtained under the 'BECOME A MEMBER' tab or manually at the bar. If you'd like more information about what membership offers, follow the links to our constitution on the home page of this website.

Membership will grant you & up to five guests access to our Club every day we're open. If you plan to bring more than five guests, you'll need to book in advance & set up a TAB to purchase the alcohol for your guests.

Our venue & hireable spaces are perfect for various events, including birthdays, community group meetings, social bowls, Christmas parties, corporate meetings, bowls, bucks and hens (with some restrictions), quiz nights, and family-friendly catch-ups. If you're unsure about what we can offer, please don't hesitate to ask us!

We've answered most questions below, but if you're still unsure, please send us your enquiry form. Once we have all the details, we'll get back to you to confirm available dates. Additionally, we look forward to welcoming you soon to our Club!

We recommend calling the bar during opening hours for current members who want to reserve a table for five or fewer people on busy days in peak season.

Please allow up to 72hrs for a reply; we don't have administrative staff, & this inbox is not monitored outside of Club opening hrs. If your enquiry is time sensitive, please call the Club during opening hrs.

General Venue Details

  • 450m walk to Leederville Train Station (Joondalup Line) 600m walk to West Leederville Train Station (Fremantle Line)
  • Bus stop in front of club (Routes 81,82,83,84,85)
  • Car Park (free!) – 100 car capacity.
  • Electric Car charging station in the carpark in front of the club.
  • 2 x Heritage listed bowling greens – 14 grass rinks total.
  • Outside function areas – up to 200 - person capacity.
  • Shaded verandah with seating around clubhouse.
  • Complimentary water, sun cream & hand sanitizer.
  • Fully licenced bar. NO BYO of any kind. (See food & drinks.)
  • Outdoor lighting, flood lights over A Green & festoon lights over outdoor seating.
  • Multi male & female toilets.
  • Outdoor gas heaters.
  • Indoor games. (Pool table, table tennis & darts)
  • Outdoor equipment hire. (See flyer below)
  • Kids high-chairs.
  • NEW! Universally Accessible toilet plus baby changeroom.
  • Defibrillator located on the south west outside of the club
  • NEW! Cubby house & boat in our newly aquired area 'The Nook" for kids to play in.
  • Sundays from 12 noon family friendly. Childrens play please be restricted to the purpose built 'Kids Nook'.
  • No balls or outside equipment are permitted at the club. We are a community club & try to be neighbourly.
  • Free icey poles in peak season from the bar on Sundays for kids. (Till they run out!)

BBQ, Kitchen Hire & Catering

  • Kitchen (Large oven, pie warmer, fridge, freezer, urns, coffee cups, microwaves, kettle, crookery, bain-maries, airconditioned & a service window).
  • BBQ hire is free for members. Bring your own utensils or use ours. (Must be cleaned after use.)
  • Food-trucks from 3pm some Sundays/Fridays 4pm. Check our socials for who's coming when, prices & menus.
  • We don’t cater for events ourselves currently. Please feel free to bring your own food, order delivery, use an outside caterer or hire a food-truck. Fridge/freezer for members behind the BBQ. If you’d like a list of vendors we’ve had previously just ask on your enquiry form.

Bowls

  • Members bowl for free!
  • Guests (non-members) $10pp.
  • 2 x Greens with 7 rinks on each Green.
  • Each Rink has a table with 8 chairs under shade cloth clubhouse end of green. You're automatically allocated these tables & chairrs for your confirmed # of guests.
  • Score cards & lessons available anytime for events.
  • No time limit on games unless fully booked.
  • Floodlights over A Green.
  • Water misters over A & B Greens for hot days.

Hall, Venue Hire & AV Hire

  • Hall & licensed bar – 111 person capacity.
  • Indoor/outdoor trestle tables & chairs, cocktail tables & bar stools.
  • Air-conditioned hall, poolroom & bar areas.
  • Dance floor in hall if required.
  • Box office window/servery to hall off kitchen.
  • Multi-media (TVs indoors and outdoors, Stereo & Wi-Fi).
  • Conference facilities (wireless microphones, smart confrencing equipment, whiteboard & lecterns).
  • Ability to arrange hall to suit event.
  • AV Hire inclusive of: 100inch TV. Bluetooth audio equipment, 2 x wireless microphones, HDMI cable to connect tablet or computer, FOXTEL & Smart confrencing tech.
  • Accessability ramp. This wraps around the club from the front door to the rear ladies toilet access. Due to be extended in 2023/2024.
  • Mobile BBQ

Hall Hire

$300 Based on a block of 6hrs hire OR $50/hr.
We allow 1hr either side of the event for set up & pack up. More time is available upon request if available.
No confetti/glitter of any kind. All decorations must be removed upon conclusion of the event.
Excess food left on/in the carpet attracts cleaning fees.

Gold Venue Hire

$1000 + minimum bar spend applies.
Includes hall & bowls hire on 1 Green for the entire group, equipment & kitchen hire. Suitable for groups over 100 who require hall, bowls hire & a bar tab.  A minimum bar spend of $4000 applies.

Kitchen Hire/BBQ Use

$50/Free!
Tea towels & detergent are supplied. BBQ use is free for members. Utensils are available & to be returned clean after use.
A cleaning fee of $150 applies if the kitchen is left uncleaned/untidied. The BBQ will attract a cleaning fee of $20 if left untidy.

Bowls Hire

Free for members & children.
$10pp for guests (non-members)
When you book for bowls you're automatically allocated tables and chairs A / B Green for your confirmed number of guests.

Family Friendly Sundays

Our Greens are typically reserved for bowl bookings, & we don't allow children to play on them to maintain a safe & appropriate environment for our bowlers, look after the heritage-listed greens, & maintain our licence.
Nevertheless, we have a designated area called the 'Kid's Nook' where children can play. Furthermore, we have set aside Sundays on the B Green for kids to have a runaround. 
Please, no balls or outside equipment are permitted at the club. Being a licenced premise, we must maintain an appropriate environment for ALL our members & guests. We are a community club & try to be neighbourly. We kindly ask members to communicate these points before arrival.
